Diabetes scholars offer a set of general and specific scholarships to high school seniors headed to college/university in 2021 living with Type 1 diabetes. There is one application to be considered for any and all of the scholarships – all students who fill out the application will be considered for those scholarships that match them.

*Applications for the Class of 2021 open at 9:00 AM PDT on February 10, 2023 and close at 11:59 PM PDT on April 6, 2021. The applicants will not be able to submit their application unless both the application and recommendation have been completed and returned.

Recipients are selected based on activities, grades, volunteering, advocacy, leadership, essays and recommendations from a high school teacher/counselor.
